Upon seeing "Beauty, Brains, and Personality" I want audiences to laugh their hearts out! I also want them to have
a sense of healing, because it is the story of the break-up and renewal of a deep friendship. I adore love stories but I also
love stories of friendships. I even love watching those videos where, for example, a cat and an owl happen to be best pals.
I even associate produced a film earlier this year about a dog and a horse who have an unlikely friendship called "The
Adventures of Dally and Spanky." Friendship is lovely and mysterious -- in many ways even more mysterious than love,
since it doesn't necessarily result in babies but it can still last an entire life.
I realize that some men may be a bit mystified by "BB&P," but hopefully it will help them to understand
their girlfriends, wives, daughters, or even mothers a bit better. I believe that creating this film (and script) has made
me a better, more understanding person.
